Our W-Board and Diban are made of wooden biomass and recycled plastic so that they can contribute to reduce the environment burden.
Further, our W-Board is used at construction job site as the paving board for reinforcing the road surface and the weight is fairly lighter than that of steel plate mats, therefore it can reduce the amount of emission of carbon dioxide by 93 % of that of steel plate mats.
Our W-Board and Diban are now widely applied as the method to reduce the amount of emission of carbon dioxide at the construction job sites and farmland.

1.“W-Board” for construction job site use
Our W-Board is used at construction job site as the paving board for reinforcing the road surface and the weight is fairly lighter than that of steel plate mats, therefore it can reduce the amount of emission of carbon dioxide by 93 % of that of steel plate mats.
2.“Diban” for farmland use
Our Biban is used at farmland for reinforcing the road surface of walker, cultivator and farm tractor.The weight of Biban is 27kg, 30 % lighter than W-Board.

1.Our product has been registered for “NETIS” of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan.
2. The weight of these products are 39 kg and 27 kg respectively, light enough to reduce transportation cost greatly.

4. No need to lift-up our products by a heavy crane, so that We can contribute to safety of installation work and prevention of work-related accident.

We have made the contract on “Tottori’s forests carbon offset partner-ship agreement” with Tottori Prefectural Government of Japan and is participating in an activity to obtain the credit according to the amount of collected pet-bottle caps.
We have been also actively contributing to society through reducing the environment burden such as emission of carbon dioxide.
１．What is Wood Plastic?
Wood Plastic is compound material made of plastic (polyethylene) and wood fiber, therefore it may be named “wood fiber reinforced plastic”.
2. Cost
Since we use byproduct of sawmills as raw material, we can reduce our cost lower than that of full plastic product with same weight level.
3. Environment
We can reduce the amount of emission of carbon dioxide by 93 % of steel plate mats by effectively using the reproducible wood resource as raw material and reduce the oil cost to transport and install the mats at job sites with heavy machinery.
